Ingredients
  1. 2 tomatoes diced
  2. 1/2 salted diced raw cucumber
  3. 1/2 red onion
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 1/2 bunch of coriander
  6. 1/2 lemon juice
  7. 3 spoons of olive oil
  8. salt & pepper
  9. 1 pinch of ground cumin
Instructions
  1. Cook the bulgur as indicated on the package and drain.
  2. Put the coriander, garlic and red onion in a food processor or chop them very thin.
  3. Mix the vegetables with the bulgur.
  4. Prepare a dressing with the olive oil, the lemon juice and the spices (salt, pepper and cumin).
  5. Add the dressing to the salad and stir to combine.
Notes
  1. It is better to set aside for 5 minutes before serving so that the flavors have time to mix together.
