Ingredients
  1. • 5OO g of Rigatoni pastas
  2. • 1/2 organic lemon zest
  3. • 120 g of flaked almond
  4. • 150 g of prosciutto (can be replaced by grilled bacon)
  5. • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  6. • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  7. • 50 g of parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the Rigatoni pastas as indicated on the package (usually about 8 min)
  2. Cut the prosciutto in stripes.
  3. Slice the parmesan cheese.
  4. Chop the basil.
  5. Drain the pastas and mix with all ingredients.
  6. Stir to combine and serve.
