Ingredients
  1. 4 lamb chops
  2. 1 zucchini
  3. 1 red pepper
  4. 1 big tomato
  5. 1/2 cucumber
  6. 100g of cottage cheese
  7. 1/2 lemon
  8. 1 glove of garlic minced
  9. 2 spoons of olive oil
  10. 1 bunch of coriander (cilantro)
  11. 1 pinch of cumin
  12. salt and black pepper
For the marinade
  1. 5 cl of olive oil
  2. 5 cl of lemon juice
  3. 1 bunch of dill finely cut
  4. 1 bunch of mint finely cut
Instructions
  1. Place the lamb chops in a plate and mix with the marinade. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the zucchini and the red pepper in slices.
  3. Dice the tomato and the cucumber.
  4. Mix the tomato with the cumin, the garlic and the olive oil. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix the cucumber with the cottage cheese and the juice of the 1/2 lemon. Add a pinch of pepper.
  6. Cook the lamb, the zucchini and red pepper slices on a barbecue or a plancha.
Notes
  1. Serve with steam rice.
