Improve your memory by eating fresh Sage


Sage is an herb of the same family of Basil and like its sister it is very rich in Vitamin K. Its most common effects on health are:

  • anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial: it is often used against mouth or throat inflammations


  • digestive: it helps the digestion and more particularly reduces abdominal distension and intestinal bloating


  • cerebral tonic: it is good against mental fatigue and it improves the memory
