The new trend is to eat some flowers. Here is a nice way to use some on your home made bread canape.
Just take some slices of ciabatta or multigrain bread, add some seasoned vegetables such as asparagus, radish, peas, and some fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil. You can also add some alfalfa or other sprouts. Put a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and some flowers on the top.
